The Foundation intends to organize, support and fund the preservation and cataloguing of archive materials of Gianfranco Ferré’s work; initiate and develop academic scholarships under the name of Gianfranco Ferré; promote and support studies/research activities on art and culture.

The Foundation also plans to collaborate with museums and other cultural institutions to participate in fashion and art exhibits.

The Board of Directors, whose members presently include Cavalier Perna, Mr. Ferré and Ms. Airaghi, will designate as soon as possible an advisory board composed of prominent figures from various social/cultural domains with recognized expertise in the areas of interest to the Foundation.

From within this same advisory board will come a scientific committee with the task of identifying, orienting and optimizing the Foundation’s strategic and operational decisions.
