MILAN, Feb 18, 2008 / FW/ — With Anna Molinari, there is always a spirit of generosity in her collections and Blugirl Fall 2008 is not an exception. One could go on and on how beautiful the collection is beginning with the varying shades of white from cream to coral rose provided warmth. Or, how the inventive combination of wool and fur with organza, chiffon and lace made luxury also ethereal.
It is so easy to say how the light pink fur bolero provides a perfect counterpoint on the chiffon miniskirt and pink top, the whole look pulled together with a cream catsuit and matching opera gloves.
It would also be logical to add that the collection takes a darker color palette for eveningwear, the designer choosing black as the background then intersperses it with pinks and reds for a totally sophisticated look.
A lot more things can be said about the collection, yet, there is one thing that I truly want to say, and that is Anna Molinari is an artist, her work is beyond fashion design; it is as if every piece of garment is a canvas that will hold a beautiful woman – the one who wears it. Then the review would be complete.
