DALLAS, Apr 5, 2008 / FW/ — In a season of change, Jeroen Van Tuyl held on to his horses by proposing a very strong Fall 2008 collection that proposed squared-shoulder suits and coats and manly winter wraps.
Mixing formal with the informal, Van Tuyl silk-screened shirts with original prints. The Mao-collar was reworked to become a faux collar to almost non-existent. When used in a short-cropped jacket, the silhouette become square, thus very masculine.
The sleeping bag was also reworked, turning it into a floor-length wrap that is worn with straps and guaranteed to keep the wearer dry and warm.
