MONTREAL, Sep 22, 2011/ — Following a successful unveiling of his Spring 2012 collection at Montreal’s premier fine jewelry store Birks, Denis Gagnon announced that he will also join LG Fashion Week in Toronto to present in once again his Spring 2012 collection on Friday, Oct 21st at 9:00 PM.
And for the Toronto fashionistas, Denis Gagnon, together with Champagne Nicolas Feuillate, Birks, Khoâ Lê, John Londono and Voyous Films will show a short fashion film expressing the spirit of Denis Gagnon summer collection. This same movie short will be shown for the first time ever at the Festival du Nouveau Cinéma de Montréal, on Saturday October 15th.
Always busy, Denis Gagnon will also sign two costumes for Cirque du Soleil’s next realization – a tribute to Michael Jackson which will kick start its world tour in Montreal on October 2, 2011.
Another project in the works is Denis Gagnon’s collaboration with New York-based designer Zaldy Goco who has dressed icons like Gwen Stefani and Britney Spears, to contribute outfits to be worn by Paz De La Huerta in the upcoming movie Nurse 3-D which is expected to hit theaters in 2012.
