Launched in late January 2015, the Bongo Spring 2015 marketing campaign stars Vanessa Hudgens who also happens to be its muse as the junior lifestyle brand marked the first time it collaborated with a celebrity on a collection.
The line of apparel, accessories and footwear which is now currently in stores is a direct reflection of Hudgens’ signature style as well as a compilation of her favorite silhouettes and go-to styles from her own closet.
Photographed in New York City, the spring multimedia marketing campaign features the tagline “The Best of Vanessa’s Style” and features Hudgens posing in her favorite spring trends. In addition to crops tops, pencil skirts and detailed moto jackets, the collection features colorful kimonos, jean shorts and flirty bikinis.
Commenting on the design collaboration, Alexandra Douglas, Fashion Director of Bongo stated, “Our design team created a trend forecast based off of Vanessa’s personal style, ranging from bohemian to glam rock. Each piece from the spring collection has been inspired by Vanessa’s signature style.”
