On September 3, 2013, at the eve of New York Fashion Week, Spring/Summer 2014 season, Macy’s celebrated the official launch of Maison Jules, a new womenswear brand inspired by Parisian street style.
Kicking off New York fashion week Spring/Summer 2014 season, the event was hosted by campaign photographer, Garancé Dore, “It girl” Jeanne Damas, with special guest Lorenzo Martone.
The presentation featured a custom made bike carousel, featuring Maison Jules X Martone bikes, and music by Noemi Ferst. VIP guests included – DJ’s Tennessee Thomas and Alex Merrell, social staples, Chrissie Miller, Natalie Joos and Poppy de Villeneuve, designer KaDe Gallagher, model El Grace, and famed bloggers Scott Schuman of The Sartorialist, and Christina Caradona of Trop Rouge.
Feminine, elegant and edgy, Maison Jules targets the fashion savvy Macy’s customer who is hip and trendy but has her own individual taste. Drawing inspiration from casual chic French styling, the collection is composed of key wardrobe staples that can be cultivated into multiple looks.
Maison Jules is sold exclusively at Macy’s.
