With Francisco Costa, Creative Director of Calvin Klein Collection and Dutch supermodel Doutzen Kroes, the face of REVEAL Calvin Klein acting as host, the brand welcomed guests as they were met by silhouetted scenes and vignettes that captured the voyeuristic concept of the advertising campaign.
Iggy Azalea and Rita Ora surprised guests with a special performance. Ms. Azalea performed several songs from her latest album, The New Classic, and surprised guests by bringing Ms. Ora to the stage to perform their latest single, “Black Widow” – which is currently in the number six spot on the Billboard Hot 100.
Dev Hynes of Blood Orange also provided musical entertainment during the event. Mr. Hynes is currently featured in the global advertising campaign for the ck one fragrance.
For the evening, those wardrobed in Calvin Klein Collection included Ms. Kroes, Ms. Azalea, Ms. Ora, Mr. Hynes, Amber Heard, Rosario Dawson, Adrian Grenier, Joe Jonas, Vanessa Axente, Clark Bockelman, Liu Wen, Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid, Hailey Baldwin, Laura Love, Ben Hill, Harley Viera Newton, Atlanta de Cadenet, Chiara Ferragni, Gala Gonzalez, Tina Leung, Rumi Neely, Bryan Boy, and photographer, blogger, and model Hanneli Mustaparta, who is also a contributor to Calvin Klein’s official social media platforms.
Each of the women’s looks were designed by Francisco Costa, Calvin Klein Collection Women’s Creative Director, and the men’s looks were designed by Italo Zucchelli, the brand’s Men’s Creative Director, who were both in attendance.
REVEAL Calvin Klein is a solar oriental scent characterized by notes of raw salt, solar accords and sandalwood. The global print creative features Dutch supermodel Doutzen Kroes and British actor Charlie Hunnam in a heated embrace through the window of a modern high-rise apartment, and was shot by renowned photographers Mert Alas + Marcus Piggott collaborating with creative director Doug Lloyd of Lloyd & Co.
Famed director Jonas Akerlund created the television advertising campaign, which expands upon the story begun in the print campaign to depict a fantasy about the erotic possibility of a seduction game and what will be revealed.
