Since the beginning of March 2014, the Taylor Swift for Keds® collection reached store shelves of retailers worldwide with select exclusive styles on Keds.com, TaylorSwift.com, Nordstrom.com and Journeys.com.
The all new array of playful prints and sunny colors create the brightest and boldest collection to date, bursting with cheer and carefree style. The best thing about it, all styles are very affordable at $50.
Commenting on the collection, Taylor Swift said, “I think it’s fun to experiment with your style. Shoes are an opportunity to add a pop of color or something unexpected.”
The new prints were inspired by Swift and reflect many of her favorite ways to make a style statement, but with a fun twist.
Polka dots are oversized, nautical stripes are tied with delicate bows, classic chevron has a playful scribble edge, and this season’s signature floral is a vintage take on a blooming peony. Rounding out the new prints is an animated songbird in flight signifying the freedom that comes with taking your own path.
The color palette is a lively mix of dandelion, indigo, high risk red, aqua, coral and sky blue. Finishing touches include trims and laces in coordinating colors, and a special charm in one of two styles: a silver heart featuring Swift’s favorite number, 13, or a guitar pick in antiqued brass with Swift’s logo inscribed in the middle.
