PORTLAND, Oregon, Aug 23, 2010 / — Along with Seth Aaron and the “Seth Aaron SolarWorld Collection presented by Portland Fashion Week,” Season 7 finalist Jonathan Peters and alum Jay Sario will launch their first post-Project Runway Collections in Portland to buyers, consumers and press.
Other designers / labels include Pendleton, who will launch a unique SS/11 Collection and Colombian designer Amelia Toro, dresser of personalities like Hillary Clinton and the Spanish royal family.
The launching of Spring/Summer 2011 collections on the runway, as well as Direct-to-Consumer In-Season shopping events featuring Fall 2010 lines, a program complete with artisan fashion presentations, emerging designer competition, and an international lineup of headline designers, will combine to deliver a truly world-class fashion week experience.
